Hi,

I am a free-lance trainer and practising consultant in Singapore.  My area of specialisation is in  small group problem solving.  Since the National Productivity Movement was launched by the Government in 1981, there had been a tremendous interest in small group problem solving in Singapore. 

To recognise their teams’ effort and contribution to the company, companies design productivity improvement scheme to train staff on the team problem solving methodology and skills. 

When the projects are successfully completed, they can participate at the National Level Conventions to showcase their projects. 

Since 1985, I had been one of the national assessor.  Having been assessing projects for the last 22 years, I have seen hundreds of projects.  From here there are several projects that strike me, and leave me a deep impression on how well the teams had been able to apply the problem solving technique.  I am using this blog to outline these incredible projects for your reading pleasure.
